Hub Innovation Holding Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales as the parent entity of a UK-based technology group focused on the gaming industry. The group’s intellectual property, technology infrastructure, and commercial activity sit entirely within Hub Gaming Solutions Ltd, the group’s wholly owned trading subsidiary.
As a holding company, Hub Innovation Holding Ltd serves as the group’s central corporate framework, actively directing group strategy and ensuring resources are efficiently deployed to support our subsidiary’s commercial trade
The group was founded to address a specific gap in the online gaming market — the absence of a scalable, AI-native workflow for slot game development. The SlotMatic platform, developed internally by Hub Gaming Solutions Ltd, is the group’s response to that gap.
The Group
The Hub Innovation group consists of two UK-registered entities operating within a clear holding structure:
Parent entity
Non-trading holding company. Holds 100% of the share capital of Hub Gaming Solutions Ltd. Does not conduct commercial, investment, or operational activity independently.
Wholly owned trading subsidiary
Responsible for all technology development, intellectual property, commercial licensing, and operational activity. Developer and licensor of the SlotMatic platform and the AGENTIX AI engine.
What the group does
Through Hub Gaming Solutions Ltd, the group designs, builds, and licenses technology that enables online gaming operators, independent studios, and platform aggregators to develop slot game content more efficiently.
The core product is the SlotMatic platform — an AI-driven development environment that automates significant portions of the slot game creation process, from mechanics and maths modelling to visual asset generation and regulatory-ready output. The platform is powered by the AGENTIX engine, an internal AI system developed by the group’s founding technical team.
The group operates a B2B licensing model. It does not develop games for end consumers directly, nor does it operate gaming platforms or hold gaming licences. Its commercial relationships are with operators, studios, and aggregators who licence or integrate the SlotMatic platform to produce their own content.
